Title

Aug. 3, 1911 A

Subject

Post Office, Norwich, Conn.

Description

Notes: It’s hard to imagine this excursion, insomuch as it’s been a long time since people would joy ride around on trains. It’s also hard to understand why train stations and post offices would be suitable images for post cards. Were these desirable images because they recorded the very place that the sender had been? Or were they reassurances of the national progress in transportation and communication?
