This is a rare example (in Jennie’s collection) of a real photograph post card.
Lalla arrived on Ellis Island on the Lusitannia in November of 1911. She initially stayed in the New York area with Swedish friends or relatives. By the summer of 1913 she had moved to Nantucket and worked in The Outlook, a hotel. Several years later she married Nelson Olney Dunham.
